From the well-equipped Veterinary Hospital at Penkridge, E C Straiton & Partners’ experienced team of surgeons offers a complete surgical service to clients and patients, as well as taking on second opinion cases from neighbouring practices. Diagnostic facilities include computer radiography, ultrasound scanners, endoscopy and a complete in-house lab, meaning the majority of cases can be diagnosed without even leaving the building.

As well as offering first class surgical care, the ethos that care should not stop after leaving theatre is strongly upheld, with 24 hour critical care available for patients that require it.

• Cranial cruciate ligament repair using the latest techniques, including TTA (Tibial Tuberosity Advancement www.kyon.ch) & lateral nylon suture
• Cancer & reconstructive surgery and chemotherapy
• Luxating Patella or “dislocating knee cap” correction
• Anal Furunculosis removal
• Anal sacculectomy
• Ear surgery including TECA (Total Ear Canal Ablation), LBO, VBO (Lateral and Ventral Bulla Osteotomies) and lateral wall resections
